Yes, I believe so, if you look on my previous response I noted what a chat rep had told me.

I’m not too sure on what to do now… today DPD has contacted me regarding my Nike parcel saying how they will contact the DPD driver and retrace the parcel. I’m not too sure on what to do now, will they come to my house?

There will be no need to answer if someone will knock on your door about it, they shouldn’t even do that. Have a look on mothered blog to find more details about this issue

If the driver does happen to visit your home, you're not obligated to answer his questions and concerns, so simply Ignore him.

I received the parcel yesterday, went on live chat today and claimed DNA. Senior Team to investigate and get back to me.
