You haven't lost It and neither Is It transferred to them - It's on hold pending further Investigation.

They are fucked. even if they reject my claim, the chargeback surely has to work with my overrulling evidence, regardless of if they 'think' i have recieved the items. If i did, why would they have sent out reorders? not my fault for their incompetence.

i have the return receipt, and emails confirming it has been returned.
Bascially they are saying that even though i returned the item, the orders for which i claimed i didnt gt it and i got a reorder shouldnt have happened, therefore they are holding onto the money as they think i have the product and i shouldnt have had reorders in the first place.
Basically they know they were being idiots and they are trying to cover their asses. Personally i dont know how i coudl lose the chargeback. I sent NEXT an email just know explainng all this and how they are taking the piss quite frankly.

Thank you for your email and I'm sorry for the delay in my reply.
I have conferred with my colleague Rob to understand this situation better.
The reason that we are unable to process this refund for you today is that we have compliantly delivered the second parcel to yourself. This can be seen by the tracking photo showing your door as open and hence the delivery has been accepted.
I do understand that you have returned this third perfume in store and have received the receipt for this. We are not disputing this return. The issue is caused by the second reorder being placed for you - this should never have been done as this has been a compliant delivery and has been done in error.
As far as we are concerned as a company, you have paid for this item and we have compliantly delivered this. We are therefore unable to refund you for this returned item.
I hope this clears up the reasons for us not being able to process the refund and I'm really sorry for any inconvenience caused.
basically the tracking shows the parcel dumped at my porch with the doors open. i highlighted to them that the weather was insanely hot and the door was left open, but the delivery wasnt accepted by anyone in the house and that i didnt actually recieve the package and that it mustve been taken from my doorstep.

You got too greedy with the triple dip. They are kind of at fault by sending the third item without investigating fully but triple dip attempt and then returning in store once that failed looks really sus..
I wouldn't waste a chargeback on a bottle of next aftershave. Should have boxed the return.
