It's simply part of company protocol to continue assessing your claim.

I just had an email stating that the delivery attempt failed.. Does that mean that they require a signature? I've never had to sign anything even with a 400$ monitor or 600$ CPU.
And if you ask if I were to check the door or smtg, my situation is a bit complicated since I was asleep then woke up saw the email, rushed to the door, nothing there and after that saw that the "'failed to deliver"

Thank you! And those PR's and investigations stick to your account right? So after doing 2 - 3 refund with some month apart the rep might see a recurring thing with report.

EDIT: I cannot really apply say that it's the carrier's fault since he took picture of the front of the house + the package in front of the door. So how should I go about this saying something along the line of "I was working and when I came home there wasn't anything even if the carrier's took picture, asked around in the neighbourhood and nobody saw anything."?
And do I really need to wait 2 days before claiming DNA since he took picture?
Can I open the Xbox since I just received it or there's a way for amazon to see that I used it. I want to perform another refund method on the Microsoft store but it's only possible with an xbox

Sorry, kinda stressed.
Update: I opened a support chat on amazon claiming that the package wasn't at my door after having the e-mail of it being delivered with photo's as proof but he insisted saying that it wasn't delivered and there wasn't any photo associated to this order and it would be delivered the next day "for sure" he said.
Should I just open another chat or wait tomorrow?
Are rep capable of checking if you talked to a rep earlier?

Yes I did receive the package but did not witness it directly but I got the picture taken by the carrier with the mail stating that the package was delivered.
The amazon worker is either dumb af and didn't want to deal with my claim or they actually don't have the picture that the carrier took and they see my order has being ready to be delivered but on my account the order is already delivered.
