My question Is, did they mention any specifics with the return, such as also send back the Lightning to USB-C Cable and documentation or purely asked to "return the empty box"?

I don't think they specified, but I told them that only the case and airpods were missing, so I'm assuming they want everything other than those.

No, they told me to return the box without the airpods and case. So i guess i answered my own question. Also, they asked me to go into any jbhifi store to return the box and that they will inspect it before anything.

Well, im not sure if thats what they meant, but when i called, they said that they will have a look before processing a refund. Should i go with a return consignment (They send courier to collect) instead?

Initially when I contacted, they gave me the option of a return consignment for a replacement, so I'm assuming this would also be the case for a refund
