If not legal is an option and you have access to a few things you can sell nothing on OfferUp or like sites. It’s a good idea to pick an address in a large occupancy building you have access to and retrieve the empty package but that’s up to you

You've listed pretty much all of the low-risk investment ideas. Most everything else require leaps of faith, or a decent amount of time.
