In my experience, a lot of times getting on the phone with reps gets things done better than if you were to chat or email them. Reason being is that on the email and chat options you'll usually get copy pasted responses. If that company has a phone line try that instead.

Email Is the worst form of communication - delays In response and repeated messages of the exact same type. A phone call Is on par with speaking to the rep In person. You can get a lot done In only a few minutes Into the conversation.

What to do when customer support ignores you?
Calling is not an option because I am out of the country and the continent although until Sunday

On the call everything went well. I think the aggravation of the damaged package with my images helped.
The strange thing was an attempt to charge (no refund) for the same amount of the refund minutes after hanging up, and so on for several days.
I asked by email and their answer was that it was to correct the erroneous refund.
In any case, i received the refund and all that remains is to return the other PEB-exempt items, I hope no problem.
