It's in good standing I think.
It has 3 years order history of medium-low priced items but nothing really over $200.
I have never returned anything to amazon before.

Your account Is In excellent standing.

Due to the value of the gaming PC, It's very likely to be a lengthy claims process, Irrespective of the method used. From memory, I believe It comes boxed with a couple of pieces of tape. Are they factory seals or normal packaging tape?

I was thinking of the sealed box method, but given there's no factory seals, It's very likely to be opened and checked.

It's too big and heavy for the wrong Item received method, so your only options Is the DNA and the disposed of the faulty Item. It's almost certain the former will need an OTP and If so, order It from another company that doesn't require It. As for the latter, expect an arduous process - Amazon will request the return.

FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCCCCCCCCKKKKKKKK
I thought no factory seals was a good thing.
I get it now.
Do you think the new TBA method would work? I might give that a shot.
If not maybe I'll just try to SE a laptop.
Disposed of the faulty Item would be easy for that right?
"It arrived and the battery was bloated so I threw it out of my safety"

Also do we know how those people selling refunds are pulling stuff like "up to 15k amazon order"? They make it sound so easy so I thought a 3k gaming PC would be small fish.

The purpose of factory seals Is to obviously demonstrate whether or not the box has been tampered with. And If there are no signs of Inconsistencies, It's less likely to be opened and checked.

Clear tape on the other hand, serves no purpose - anyone can open and re-tape It, hence returns are checked a lot more often than not.

In my view, Its success Is equally divided at 50/50.

As said In my previous post, It can be an arduous process.

Basically any reason that warrants Its disposal - started smoking, caught fire, etc.

To avoid saturation, I won't discuss the methodology used.

Thanks for all the help, I'll post an update on what I do and if it was a success or not in the future.
