footlocker PEB in fresh account in South Europe works but don't go over the top -- order like 4-5 pairs sneakers and say that 1 pair is missing and once you get your partial refund, refund the rest either online or in-store

no idea. I refunded a pair of sneakers that cost around 90€ and I legitimately returned the rest of the items
