So i will leave it as it is, but what do i do when they come and ask for my name or signature, fake name/ fake signature?

Be sure the fake signature Is somewhat legible so when they check It, the name will not correspond with yours, hence "you" did not sign the delivery.

Verbal communication cannot verify receipt of goods, so just give him your real name.
