Relating to this mothered, I was wondering if you could assist in how to proceed with a SE from JBHIFI. I am interested in SEing an item of rather heavy weight, so I don't think it is feasible for an in-store SE or even an EB claim via Paypal. Would DNA be my only choice? Also, if a signature is required does that void any chance of success for a DNA?

I am trying to do a G29 and I'm really struggling as to how I'll do it. Not sure whether to do JB or Logitech themselves. And even after that, I can't think of what reasoning I could use . Browsing yours and others replies from past threads, I am sure EB is not possible.

Update: I changed the item to airpod 3d gen. Also got some questions:

1. Since this is a light package and I am attempting a double dip would doing dna than eb work?
2. If the refund were to fail could I return them and get money back?

Yes.

In terms of the DNA, It's unlikely an OTP will be required. As for the EB/missing Item, the AirPods (Magsafe Charging Case & each AirPod) Is only 46 grams, hence perfect to EB It.

Update: I purchased the AirPods today and they should arrive tomorrow also this package will be delivered via Toll does that effect anything?

Also my plan is to claim DNA and say it was a birthday gift for someone then after that hopefully they offer replacement, then after the replacement arrives claim EB and get a refund.

If there is anything wrong or I can improve please tell me.

Toll will request a signature and If no one Is home to accept the package, It will be taken back to their depot where the delivery will be rescheduled.

You know what to do when the package arrives - fake sign It.
