Call, chat or email, claim damaged item
They will offer a free replacement
Now once replacement received
Call them again and say that the replacement unit is DOA (make your own story)
You have 2 separate labels

This is always the kind of method that works if the workers don't want to work.
If they do their job properly, I find it hard to believe that 2 labels are not seen. Then they may think they are the same.

Its success basically relies on the Incompetency of those handling the shipment.
