Quote:I also told them to give me proof of what happened to this shipment because I was 100% sure I didn't receive it
How did they respond to that?

On what grounds did they decline the claim?

They answered this to me.

"Hello:
I'm sorry to know that you still don't receive your package No. **********  even though the tracking says it's already delivered.
Tracking indicates that the package was delivered using a temporary password.
Temporary password verification adds additional security to your deliveries, as the password is only available in the Ready to Deliver email, sent on the day of delivery. You can also access it in My Orders; to do this, click on "Track package" next to the corresponding order. Delivery will not be completed until the password is shared with the driver. Therefore, we cannot issue a replacement or refund for this order.
I recommend that you contact anyone who might have had access to your temporary password and therefore been able to receive this package for you.
Thank you for your understanding.
We welcome your feedback. Please use the buttons below to vote on your experience today.
Best regards,"

*Pd: The funny thing here is that I did not share the temporary password, but he got it by calling technical support.

@mothered
Well, I made the phone call to Amazon, I had an assistant who was not so attentive, she just told me, the system does not allow me to give you any option, if the OTP was delivered to the delivery people.

At the end of the call I got an email, it was the one I wrote you a moment ago.

Request your claim be escalated to a senior level, and explain to them all the relevant details In this thread.

RE: Amazon SE help - Danteraz - 06-25-2022

@mothered
Then the next day I realized that I had these messages and I also gave answers, I have not had any more contact with them because I wanted to investigate what else I could do, because as a last resort I wanted to do the sealed box method because I still have the equipment in his original box, obviously I ordered the stickers to be able to seal the boxes again, I don't know what you think if it can work or will it be possible, as you mention, to go up to a higher level claiming that I didn't receive it? I have time to return the order until July 21 and by July 9 the stickers arrive

Your account has been OFM'd, which gives Amazon all the more reason to check your return.

I'm not suggesting the sealed box won't work, but rather how your account's standing may Impact the method.

@mothered
Is there any way that you can support me with a bit of information, I can thank you with a donation, because I'm not quite sure what you mean by 'verify your return'.

I don't want to bother you anymore because I feel like I'm asking too much haha but I would like to conclude this situation.

So what did you mention to me about?
'Request your claim to be escalated and explain all relevant details to them in this thread'

Meaning they may open the sealed box to make sure you've returned the correct product.

No problem at all.

'Request your claim to be escalated and explain all relevant details to them in this thread'
Amazon has an escalation team, whereby your claim Is reviewed (reassessed) by a senior member who was not Involved In the original decision with your claim.

@mothered
So what do you suggest in this case I'm in, where can I start?

If I try to insist that I did not receive the package I ordered and therefore want to escalate with a senior member, what could happen? Sarcasm

The objective Is to overturn the original decision that declined your claim.

@mothered
I will try to escalate with a senior member and if I have doubts I will continue to communicate here if you allow me.

Also depending on how it turns out, I will prepare the sealed boxes as an option and I would like to ask you if there is a possibility that my bank could support me regarding complaining to them as a last option.
