My hermes apple watch has arrived would you recommend EB it now?

The iPhone 13 I sent back for repair that case is still open.. But I used a different name with same address with an aged legit apple account of the other name register to the address too

Apple Is not as meticulous as Amazon with multi-accounting.

If only the same address relates to both accounts, It's fine to EB It.

so for the one time exception on guest/new accounts is it still a thing? question kinda went unanswered.

As long as an account Is behind the claim, then the one-time exception applies.

I called apple told them EB through the whole call the agent was laughing suspiciously she knew what was up haha,, she told me to file PR which i have done, she told me they will interview the delivery driver even though i told them the package was not tampered with in any way. they asked me to return the strap that was in the second box and told me they will investigate this case and check the weight of the package gram for gram during its delivery

As said, the one-time exception can only be used once per account.

It doesn't apply If you order and checkout as a guest without an Apple ID or password - an account doesn't exist.
