Hi , I got a notification that my order xxx has been delivered. However I haven’t received it and I am still waiting for the package to arrive.

This is what they have emailed . They transfer me to senior manager who was very rude to me and thinking that I am lying . The manager even said have you seen the photo provided by Ervi .? She said that I might have to do a chargeback with my bank . I don’t know what will happen now . I think I should have said that the door in the picture is not mine as there are many buildings here with similar doors. The senior manager also asked if I was at home ? I said I wasn’t but my wife was ! The interrogation was rough and she didn’t seem to believe any word I was saying !

Did you tell her that a photo does not confirm In any way, shape, or form person-to-person receipt of goods?

Yes right now I am doing nothing and just waiting for their response. What do you think , will I get the refund or not ?

Hit the DNA based on the grounds that you did not personally receive It.
This all day long, even better if it's a multi-unit building, but doesn't matter. They will even sign for things themselves and leave it outside. That's asking to be taken by someone else!

Hi @mothered , they haven’t replied. I don’t think they are checking or doing anything with Ervi . Just because order is of £450 they are scaring me like this . Can you please tell what exactly I should write to them so that they process my refund immediately. Thank you .
