Amazon.fr for example doesnt send packages with ups or dhl.
They are small local companies that work with amazon. With a system similar to uber.

Thats why you order from .com or .de.
We are trying to understand how these people SE large amounts of money with a lot of products.
My contact does amazon.fr and he doesn't work with ups. So the technique is not that.
I know i can rts ups and dhl.
