PayPal will most likely fail.

If you hit the DNA and open an INR (Item Not Received) with PayPal, they'll most likely side with the seller based on tracking marking the consignment delivered. If It's SNAD (Significantly Not As Described) by using the wrong Item received method, MR PORTER will refer to their CCTV camera footage and conclude that the goods were picked, packed and dispatched correctly.
i thought the same at least i’ve ordered on farfetch who don’t have cttv and i’m hoping they won’t even reply at the dispute in time
i was thinking about using snad with an empty box

SNAD does not relate to missing goods.

so opening a INT would fail but if i report snad and send pics photoshopped with the shoes broken
or claim the fact that they putted wrong shoes
they’d ask me to return them right?

You mean an "INR"?

It depends on how they assess the claim.

They may only require pics, or request the return. But It's very likely you'll need to send the wrong Item back.

yes i mean INR, claiming shoes didn't arrived on the box and make sure to clarify that with pp assistance on not to look on the tracking code incase they send it
i really don't want to miss this refund because those shoes cost 800euro, what do you recommend and should i try first to talk with farfetch first??
(on some reviews i see is not easy to deal with them)

PayPal should always be used as a last resort when all else fails, so first deal with Farfetch.

Hi, I was wondering if you can help me with Boohoo if possible. Is DNA a simple thing and the best way to go? (Delivery doesn't require signature on tracking number). Because I have noticed that on other posts on this site, users in the UK have had issues with Boohoo where they ask for the filing of a PR. Thanks

Perfect to DNA It.

Which carrier will be servicing the delivery?

Thanks for your reply mothered, it's via Australia Post.
Pretty sure EB would not work as the weight is recorded on the package (upwards of a few kilos).
Can a DNA be affected if the delivery driver may have seen the person receiving/picking up the package in spite of there being no signature on delivery?
Furthermore, would it be better to wait a few days before arising the DNA or is the wait time irrelevant as the tracking will show delivered regardless?
