Very unlikely that phones that were refunded before Dec '21 are going to be blacklisted by now.
Also, currently .co.uk is known for possibly blacklisting phones.

i think i am safe then tbh, i have noticed some emails say you dont need to return the items to us, and others dont so maybe this is how to tell if its going to be blacklisted or not

In this case, the former Is a non-return, and the latter Is a return.
As such, It's difficult to ascertain a blacklist based on whether or not a return Is requested.
