How long should i wait before activating it, and do you recommend anything to do to set it up without a ban

I haven't heard of anyone that faced a ban after this SE so far, I wouldn't worry, just use a legit FB account and only activate it after a day or two from the refund, that's it

From my personal experience, I highly suggest you get back to them by replying to their email after a couple of days, otherwise they'll have you wait and wait some more.
Act very stressed and at a loss.

From my personal experience, I highly suggest you get back to them by replying to their email after a couple of days, otherwise they'll have you wait and wait some more.

I'm surely going to hack the hell out of my headset and mostly play pirated offline games.

Actually, according to what I've read, blocking the telemetry data is way more likely to get you banned than piracy or EBing the device.. they do live off your data, after all
Unless you plan to use it exclusively offline, then there's not even any need for "hacking", just sideload the app like you would on any android phone (cause that's literally what the Quest is)

No no, I won't use Oculess, I too have read about how blocking telemetry makes one a target.
Although the SN stated in my RMA email matches the one on my box, so they're storing them right!
