Did you experience any Issues at the time of your SE?

Nope. Made a fresh PayPal account and paid via that. Did a DNA claim and it worked. This was at the time when Currys did not respond to any claims via PayPal and you could SE anything unchallenged. You'd of course have to wait 30 days for the refund but it was a goldmine for SE 'ing. Pretty much all the electronics in my new house cane via this method.

Last I heard they do now reply and provide proof to PayPal so this method can't be used, would need to try and SE them directly.

^ This was obviously the reason for Its success.

Thanks for sharing your experience.

I've started this SE now with Sony by claiming it caught fire. Read about a few legit fires with these so will see what happens.

Any updates on this story?

I'm thinking of using the fire method and trying to claim another one via a replacement. Has anyone attempted this yet? Or is there a better way to go about this?
Hey how did you do the original SE?

@Doomza, what ended up happening with the SE?

I never received any follow up emails and with them now network banning other people who've SE'D it probably wasn't the worst thing to happen.
