Hey! Sorry, no updates on this one.

Customer service gave me two choices: having a courier pick up the laptop at my address, or take it myself to an official repair center.
When I told them that I disposed of the laptop, they refused to offer me further support, as they kept claiming that they needed the laptop.
This went on for weeks until I decided to give it up.

It seems that at least in Spain they don't provide shipping labels, but instead offer to have a courier pick up the product. This has happened with three other companies I tried to SE.
I don't know if it's a legal thing, but it seems to be the case from my experience.
Could the reason customer service offers you to pick laptop at your place instead of sending a label be because of the leaking battery? Have you tried with a different reason for repair?

AFAIK all returns, no matter the reason, with the official website of Lenovo in Spain must be picked up. They do not offer any other alternatives.
