I just read the return policy in Lithuanian website, it states that If the product arrived and is somewhat damaged or has defect, they will reship the package or return the money.
I hope it will work Smile

In my country PEB failed with MYP , they have CCTV's and they checked what they put in my package Sad

You could say there were black dots in your protein powder that looked like rat poo then get a small portion out of the 2.5kg and put dirt pieces inside it and send picture of it back to them or something idk.

@mothered @faxten update: They emailed me back and said they found no fault with the batch in the factory, said they wouldn’t offer a refund but said the following:

‘however as a gesture of good will we have made a without prejudice credit to your account the value of the product in question’

So I guess it’s still a result?

They will credit your account to the value of the Item.
