The CS-REP(s) transfer you call to some dedicated / senior team or some shit...meaning if they trying to say NO/DENY your claim/request, they dont care after the chat/call disconnects. That only is the sign that if they say no/deny your request from the begining its simply because you are marked & they cannot process your request. Got a mail from ofm@Amazon? Consider YOURSELF MARKED. Though they give you option to appeal to "that decision".
There's to hard & fast rule, but do maintain reasonable & decent time gap in between + have some legit purchases in the meantime to break the SE streak.
AFTER ALL THIS^ THINGS, DO REMEMBER THEY "THE REPS" CAN SEE ALL OF YOUR ACCOUNT ACTIVITY & THEY DO KEEP A TRACK OF REFUND YOU ARE TAKING FROM THEM, ITEMS YOU KEEP & RETURN
If that mail is the 1st one, you may try to talk to them that why did you get that mail or demand explanation?
How much time has passed on that account since youlast SE'd them? Last legit return? Exactly how many legit purchases after that legit returns?
I will only just you based on the info you provide, final call will be yours!
yeah it was the first email id had regarding the topic so maybe i could email them back.
I havent done an SE since Feb 2nd which was a DNA, and hadnt done one months before that. I did try to SE a gopro on march 11th (i think this is what triggered the email) but ended just sending it back legit so i could get my money back.
I did a legit return since last week, ive probably done 10 legit returns since the email i received and have purchased about 7 items since my last legit return
Last successfull se was on 2nd feb.
And 7legit purchases that you didnt return after that warning mail. ALRIGHT!
*Did you respond to that warning mail? If yes, what was there response? If you ignored it, was there any specific reason or you juts decided to simply avoid it?

*Throw some legit purchases before your next SE, since your last legit return was also just a week ago, give it some time, make it look like older transaction not a fesh one & again order some stuff here & there dont return them, just keep it before performing another SE.
I will suggest to wait for atleast 3months for fresh SE attempt to pass since the date of that mail you have received, just to play it extra safe & cool down.
Also I wont do DNA anymore for quite a while on that specific account. You still have the option to create another fresh new account to go ahead with DNA but then again throw some legit purchases before doing your thing
This is just i would prefer to proceed, take some other experienced opinions too & discuss.
