Still awaiting a reply. I was thinking to do a chargeback and if credentials are questioned say i had purchased it for someone? Them not answering my email requiring evidence must be strong evidence for my chargeback too, right? Plus they asked me to..

I have assessed your order and delivery details and can confirm the investigation concludes the correct goods were shipped to you.
The goods we sealed in manufacturers packaging and never previously sold.
As you confirmed the packaging was not damaged when received, we cannot conclude the parcel was tampered with or damaged in transit.
In this instance, as we are in a dispute, please raise a case with your card issuer. They will then act as an unbiased third party and investigate. If they deem you to have been treated unfairly, of if they deem the goods to have been undelivered, a refund will be provided.
I stated I wasn’t aware of any damage to the parcel so they’re holding that against me. What shall I do?

The advice you have been given is correct, to contact your card provider. This is not to apportion blame to anyone, but all the checks show that the order shipped complete and delivered as dispatched, with no damage to the packaging. The card provider will support as a neutral third party.
This is our final resolution on this case.

Try to prevent using chargebacks, especially for "low value" orders like these. Could work in your favor when you try to SE a laptop for example.
I know this does not help answering your question but it could help when doing different SEs in the future.

I know, it was regarding his other posts where he said that the company requested him to do a chargeback.
