The reason why Amazon.ca is on hold is because they changed their return shipping provider to Intelcolm which most of us refunders, do not have connections to.

They obviously looked into return fraud and are most likely even among us, hence they deemed the only way to block it is having the packages picked up. This happened a few days ago; where the only option was having intelcom pick the returns up from your delivery address. Now they introduced another option, this one is you paying for the return shipment yourself, since it wont be a pre-paid label they wont be responsible for transit issues.
Either way you are being charged for the return. One way to bypass being charged is selecting "wrong item description" - that way they wont deduct the shipping fee from your refund.
They haven't made these changes in the US.

yea that's what I saw, I just created a US account yesterday also, i'll use it in a couple week once I got a couple legit orders on it, thank you

Update : first SE went smoothly with no issue, I wanted a replacement but the guy I was talking to said his only option he could offer me was refund on original payment or amazon credit, so I’ll have to wait until I get the refund to process with the 2nd SE

Yea when you do try to pick an expensive item to increase the chance of it being delivered with UPS and then use a spoof like RTS.
