Can you screenshot the login screen?  I think I've seen it before, where it's just upload X and X but no drop down or box to submit right?

Ah yeah that's the one.  I have an account I'm working on right now with that exact issue.  The only problem is that I used a shitty spam email for that one so I don't even think my response is going through to them.  Will get back to you.  Is it a personal email or what?  If it's not, I could login and give it a try for you.
