Last year I failed to do SE them. After multiple times transferring my claims for DNA they asked me for a PR. I didn't want to to a PR and filed a dispute with CC. After three weeks ,my CC claim was declined and bank told me to contact OnePlus directly by my bank. By this point, the return window was closed and I accepted my failure to SE. Reading @"Canadian Moose" now, I think I should have tackled the PR denial more tactfully. Hopefully once again in near future.

Yeah you gotta watch out for their 15 day return period. Give it another try, they just dropped the 10 pro. I'm actually surprised your CC claim failed.

When I was not getting any response from my bank, I called them up. They said One Plus denied their request twice and they are now advising me to get back to the seller as they are unable to proceed further. It was vague but I was not very experienced as well. Maybe I should have pushed them further.

I should have asked the bank why One Plus declined Bank's request, but my conjecture is that my reluctance to file PR could be a reason.

No no, I'm so curious now, can you tell me more in DM? I'm not even interested in OnePlus, just wondering what happened with your case
