Maybe I'm just repulsive.
There are lots of foreign students working in retail over here, usually pretty lax when it comes to returns.

I'd like to read your experience In a few days time.
Since I paid them by credit card, I have the following risks:
- he said that they will be checking inside the box after the phone is returned and it won’t just be put back on stock to be sold
- he also said that the refund will take a few days to process and to get into my bank account, meaning that if they check the box and find anything wrong they can just cancel the refund
What do you guys recommend I do in this case? Give up the SE and try again using fake name and pay by cash?

He told me that the check is a standard procedure that should be followed regardless of the method i purchase with.
I would take the risk with this, but chances are it’s going to trace back to me for sure if caught..
