Based on the details you've provided, I cannot see the claim being declined as a result of justifying the Item weight.

We shall await updates.

Small update:

The order was supposed to come tomorrow - BUT today I received an email from carrier here in SVK about customs. So basically police stopped the order and now I have to pay the customs (last time I was ordering from Asos they covered the customs).

I am just wondering - is still partial product missing method viable here? I am fckin mad the order got stopped because I ordered like 16 times before from Amazon and never had any order stopped. Just unlucky I guess

1. Order from Amazon UK this product: Micro Card SD 1 TB (Link: https://www.amazon.co.uk/SanDisk-Extreme-microSDXC-Adapter-Performance/dp/B07RKL6PK9)
2. Since item has ‎4.54 g, I will order with another product. When I receive package and open it, I will pickup a phone and will call Amazon support to ask what happened.
3. Act, pretend and just really get into the character of a man, that spent hard-earned 200$ money on SD card and now it seems that I didn't receive it..
4. ???
5. Profit

What do you think? The issue with grams is that even when I ordered a book that has like 120 grams -  it shows on the package when I receive it as 0.12 kg so it seems they track it. But with 4 grams I think they can't do a shit right? Especially when I order with another product.

btw. I am from Slovakia and so far I had no problems with orders from amazon UK. I have buying history of over 10 orders.

I think it's easier over chat especially for something like that,no need to get into character or any shit like that, it should be pretty calm and casual. They simply made an error on the order picking, you have to understand these people are franticly running around while holding in piss for hours.
If I have even a little bit of piss in my balls I know I can't get anything done.

Does customs actually open the box/package and Inspect Its contents?

In some cases they do - in some they don't. I experienced both. Once they stopped my package with a book - and so they didn't really inspect it by opening it.

But I experienced once when I ordered from Boohoo - the package was ripped from side with a small hole which was taped after - probably them just skimming through it at the products.

So I guess I will see once the package comes (which will take around 5-7 days they told me)

Quick update:

Just received the order and I called support and it seems like it was some woman. I told her all things and she checked the order and told me that the SD CARDS are coming in next separate package by 12.5 (in two days) so I really asked if it's really like that because I see them as a one order not separate and she said yes - that she will follow up with me on 12th to see if I got it.

LOL. I just want refund damn. Should I call again? Will I talk to her again or they will assign me somebody else? If I call again, will they see some info about me in the back end that she will follow up with me?

Why are you adamant to partial It?

Simply use the missing Item method on the one package.

She obviously doesn't work 24/7, so work out the timing of when she won't be available, and get In touch with CS.

Records are kept of all communications and claims, hence there's every chance they'll refer to previous notes.
