Update
I did everything with your instruction but it failed. They asked for items stickers and invoice applied with that. I sent them. After an hour I received that messege:
"Hi There,
Thank you so much for your patience whilst we have been investigating this issue.
I have spoken with our warehouse manager regarding this issue and our internal investigation concludes that the items was packed successfully and completed by a member of our dispatch team.
We have conducted CCTV checks that shows all 3 correct items being packed successfully and dispatched to yourself.
Therefore with this information we will be unable to assist with a resolution to this issue.
I appreciate your frustration regarding this matter and can only apologise that I am not able to assist further at present.
If you have any questions at all, or I can help you with anything else, please do not hesitate to get in touch."
Do you have any idea if i can do something with that or just return items?

wow, sorry to hear that. It may be that 2 items is the limit, since both times i was successful with 2, and you seem unsuccessful with 3. Knowing how slow they are too i doubt they did an actual investigation in an hour, so probably just using CCTV as an excuse.

When Intending to use the missing Item, partial or wrong Item received method on a company you've never SEd, always research to check whether or not they have CCTV cameras monitoring their packing procedures.

You can always say the package arrived damaged, hence the goods were stolen In transit.

I assumed that they do not have cctv after the relation that you can hit them up to 1k. Is it another way to check if they have cctv instead of trial order?

Never assume.

Be sure to establish their packing procedures before the SE.

Im just wondering when exactly you hit them last I’ve been thinking of doing wrong item on them too

Successful 3 times over the last 3 months, 2 items max and less than 1k per order.
