The account has been open since 2019, I have several hundred legit purchases on my non business account, which is linked to this business account. I received another email today stating they would not reconsider opening the account, and I'm banned from using Amazon. But my personal account is still able to make purchases. There are a few se's over the years of having it(Personal account) , but hundreds of legit paid for purchases. I just tested and I was able to order more items, they have already shipped out. So idk whats happening. My wifes account is linked to my main account as well and hers is good too?
I'm wanting to make normal purchases but am worried about them closing the account mid order and losing the money lol.
