How do you mean that?
In general, recieving an empty box is definitly eligible for a refund.

"Definitely?"

Even when (for example) claiming the EB/missing Item method for a gaming laptop weighing 2.5 kg? Think about It logically for a minute. If an Investigation Is opened, which Is extremely likely due to the Item value, and the weight Is cross-checked against the carrier's manifest, the outcome speaks for Itself.

I just received an iPhone 13 from Apple directly, delivered by DHL. Online it said I had to sign for delivery, but the guy just gave it to me and wished me a nice day.
You guys still think it's stupid to claim DNA? lol

I recently DNA'd DHL, I am in the UK and had the courier come to my door a week later and ask me loads of questions and the investigation is still ongoing. Just letting you know in case you try it, this is what I am going through at the moment. The DHL driver didnt recognise me when I answered the door the second time when he came to ask questions so I had that advantage.

Wow, so the exact same guy who delivered the iPhone also came for the investigation? In that case they probably made him responsible for the missing item.. Don't want all that hassle, so might try to call where my iPhone is and if they give me a hard time, I'll might say that someone else has it and forgot to tell me or something.

But in your case, you also didnt sign for it even though you shouldve needed to sign ?

Yeah I bought airpods off a 3rd party site and DHL delivered, it said I had to sign and he just handed me the parcel, wasnt even marked as delivered until the end of the day too.

It's not surprising.

In terms of a local delivery run, some drivers deliver In excess of 200 packages per day. If the driver arrived to your house three days later, that's over 600 customers to remember.
