The method used was quite easy. I bought an item before I bought the high value item, called and said low value item was empty box. High value item came and said I recieved low value item instead, spoke with the representative and was lucky to have good customer service. You can say anything to Amazon it all depends on you breaching that human firewall and using emotions into play. Make the representative like you and want to assist you with no BS we will contact you tomorrow excuses.

So you claimed you received an empty box for the low value item? Were you worried about them checking the item weight at all?

I found out worrying about that stuff is pointless. When SEing you breach human firewall, I heard a white sounding female when I reached a manager and assumed she was a mother. Turns out I was right. Basically ranted about the cost of college for my son and that this item is necessary, basically I am a psychopath who will manipulate whoever talks with me. Worrying about weight doesnt matter. The top managers can press a big refund button and issue the money back. Also a tip for anyone reading this. Make use of the delivery situation. 3rd party delivery companies are the easiest to refund. I wont say anymore as I dont want to saturate. Make use of the 24 hours your dealt with and do everything possible.
