I emailed them saying due to work commitments I was not able to organise a collection and as such, dropped it off myself at a DHL drop off point.
I filled the box with some bubble wrap, paper and general packing materials and then used 2 different tapes on different sides of the box to make it look like it had been broken into by someone at some point.

They did not respond via email but the parcel got accepted at drop off and has been picked up so I hope that there should be no problems.
