Yes, I will do it. Last time they didn't respond at the time frame they said and I have contacted them to remind them.

It serves as an Indirect reminder to speed things up.

After yesterday I have pushed them to do their job and put a litlle pressure at them, today I have recieved an email that I will be refunded.
So this was 2nd new acc with a little difference in the name, the card I have paid with was mine but from differenet bank. Different IP too. I thought that maybe because I putted the same number they could do some problem if they have search engine by p. numbers, no matter that I have deleted the 1st new acc.
After all everything is fine. Thank you guys!
