The ones I've got were made around 2016/17, no orders. As you said, I think it would be difficult to get access to an account with orders since they ask for the expiry date of the payment method on the account when there is a new IP logged in

For orders you should go slowly.
Behave like you are a customer and wait before you buy.
Also, make everything possible to avoid association to your original account (Proxy, browser fingerprint, payment method, email, address, phone number)

Amazon Is very meticulous when It comes to account authentication/verification.
