Just as a matter of Interest, how did you circumvent the return? The disposed of the faulty Item method?
As I said, I told the support, that I disposed the item because of the electrical outlet sparks I got when trying to plug the monitor

Am going to attempt this and will make my own thread on how it goes. Will be using fake details and a drop address to make life easier
