When claiming a key/code Is not working, It's not a simple process. They'll refuse to take your word for It, and will continually say they've checked It and It's perfectly fine. You'd need to push them to their absolute limit, by remaining adamant It's not working on your end and also provide photos (edited In Photoshop) showing the error.

What if I just redeem it in an account and then show it doesn't work on another one and work from there?🤔

Given you've solely purchased the key, you're responsible for Its usage, so how will you explain Its redemption by another entity?

I've never done G2A specifically but I don't think I've ever lost a virtual item claim (due to the seller not responding or even if they respond). I think it's just hard to prove so they side with the seller usually. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong though.
