yes exactly, photos of the shipping label, of the package and also of the barcodes of the wrong item

In the end I put two wrong articles because I was in a hurry, luckily it went well

Going by your recent posts, It's only been 1-2 hours of questioning and addressing the events of the wrong Item, so I'd say the rep didn't thoroughly assess the claim.

At the end of the day, It succeeded and that's all that matters.
