@mothered i contacted apple they now started a investigation, but the delivery guy signed without me realizing, he wrote my name on the signature what should i do?

Investigations are normal at this stage, I am pretty sure you just wait it out and see what they say.

In terms of the Investigation, It's simply part of company protocol to move forward with the claim, hence await their response.

I know investigation is required and im ok with that, im worried he signed and it appears on tracking i signed and my name on signature that he wrote

Ok in that case what would be the difference between my signature and a fake one? If it says it was me who signed and the signature has my name don't they be sure it was me who signed it?

The difference between your signature and what was signed as proof of delivery will be the vast difference in the actual signature. I imagine the delivery driver did a quick signature in your name that looks nothing like your actual signature so if they ask for proof of your signature, just sign it differently to how the delivery driver did. They might ask for a picture of your drivers license or passport maybe as proof of your signature (I am not sure about that though)
