@mothered what do service you recommend to use as a payment method? I mean were they won’t be able to track or cross check as the other guy said

It's the IP address that counts, so just connect to different servers via the same VPN provider.

What VPN's do you recommend? Are free VPN's trustworthy?

Also what would be better effective between getting a VPN vs. using a VCC if you're trying to change billing address or any other traceable identifiable details?

You're talking about two different commodities that serve their purpose Independent of each other.

In terms of creating a new account and changing every Identifiable detail, obviously do It via a VPN.

Evening! This is not necessarily the case with your bank account. It can also be a problem with stores' credit card machines. Many people have such situations, especially with the Walmart store. Walmart probably didn't buy a credit card machine good enough to be compatible with all cards. Card machines that are sold now are not all compatible with old cards. Therefore, before any company buys a credit card machine, they should browse websites like https://www.creative.onl/startupsgeek/mobile-credit-card-machines/ and choose a credit card machine compatible with all cards. That's what I did when I had to buy a good credit card machine.
