You'd contact them and say an Incorrect Item was received, and they'll request to return It.

Will do. Seems as if my item has despatched today but only one of them so it seems as if they dispatch all of them separately unfortunately. The one item it despatched from the company of the brand

Which Item are you referring to?

So the shoes I ordered have been despatched whereas the other two haven’t been despatched yet. Seems like they signally despatch these items

So you're waiting for the jackets to arrive, and claim one as the wrong Item, yes?

Each jacket is being shipped from the actual brand manufacturer with different postages. So the 3 items in the one order are all coming separate from the manufacturers

So why do you believe It's an Issue?

I can not order a different item and say wrong item received if manufacturer is sending product can I ? I would have to order a item from the same brand which will make the value of the wrong item more
