So I managed to get approved for a replacement with the mouse, but want return in order to process this. I should be able to box without dry ice.
Only worry is that have selected UPS as the courier. From reading other stories I've heard they're quite switched on with their delivery process.
with regard to the keyboard the company wants a video of the keyboard not working. Should I just try the corrupted file method?

The mouse Is very small, so visible signs of tampering during transit Is minimal.

Simply make the box/package appear as though It was tampered with In transit.
