If an OTP Is required, use the EB/missing Item method by claiming exactly what you've stated.

If It's only a signature, obviously fake It, thereby you'll have a choice of either method.

Sadly did not go to plan. Driver desperately wanted OTP so was provided.

Called Amazon customer support and explained to them that the air pods and case were missing from apple box.

After putting me on hold 3 times they told me to go file a police report.

Unsuccessful Sad Stressed

What can I do to fix it? Can I return the items?

By no means has the SE failed, and here's why.

Amazon believe that the AirPods were In fact missing, hence the request to file a PR, so your claim Is actively moving In the right direction. Given the EB/missing Item method does not pertain to a theft-related Incident, tell Amazon that the police Is refusing to provide the report based on those grounds.
