Simply say that upon opening the box, the headphones were missing and leave It at that. I checked and there is no OTP for the watch or the headphones, but there is for the phone. You could order the Samsung phone from another Amazon store, you might even be able to skip the OTP requirement by doing so, so you could go for the easy DNA method I know this since I ordered from a different country's AMZ store with my usual account and it didn't require an OTP on delivery, while the same item from my own country did I guess it's somehow tied to the fact that international shipping can't carry the OTP requirement somehow? Not sure, but it's worth a try, just put the item in the cart on the .de or .fr store and see for yourself RE: EB on Amazon.es - SpainAmbassador - 03-11-2022 Quote:You could order the Samsung phone from another Amazon store, you might even be able to skip the OTP requirement by doing so, so you could go for the easy DNA method You're absolutely right! I just checked on Amazon.fr and it doesn't say anything about OTP on the checkout! That being said they only have the 128GB version on stock right now, so I think I'm gonna wait until they have at least the 256GB one. Speaking about the phone, I did some research and from what I've seen in unboxing videos, the box completely opaque, and only held by two regular stickers on either side. So I think it could also be suitable for the sealed box method. I contacted Amazon.es via chat. Told them that I opened the package and the headphones were missing. They asked me if the package was damaged, I said it wasn't. So they said that they had to transfer my case to a specialized department, and that they would contact me via email in a timeframe of 48 hours. I closed the chat and tried again with a different rep, but got the same response. I don't think the reps are allowed to click the refund button in this situation. So I guess I gotta wait until I get this email. I didn't open the headphones in case I need to return them. I'll update whenever I receive anything from Amazon.es Quote:Just don't get greedy, wait at least a month after your last SE before attempting another one, even if it's a different country's AMZ they can still cross-check accountsYeah! I'm not in a hurry. And I'll do a couple legit orders in the meantime to be safe. If the claim Is declined due to the warehouse confirming the goods were picked, packed and dispatched correctly, you could've later Informed them of the damaged package - It was tampered with In transit. You're now aware of what to do with SEs under similar circumstances. RE: EB on Amazon.es - SpainAmbassador - 03-11-2022 Huh, this is weird. I just got an email back from Amazon. Rough translation: Code: We're sorry that you didn't receive your article in (order number).
At this point, there's still a chance that you may receive your order, so we contacted the courier and the warehouse, to see if they still have the package
and to make sure this isn't a misunderstanding.
Every delivery has a limit date for delivery, so if you don't get it before March 15, contact us.So it seems to me that they are treating this as a DNA? But I clearly stated to the rep that I received the package and opened it. I'm confused. Not sure if I should contact them again to clarify or wait until next Tuesday. Any ideas? RE: EB on Amazon.es - SpainAmbassador - 03-12-2022 @mothered sorry for tagging you, but I need your opinion on this one. Thanks! |
