Tracking showed both as delivered - i took my time, contacted them again a month later and told them I returned both and got my refund for the sound system but haven't gotten it for the TV - they immediately processed it.

Did it again 2 weeks ago, ftid is delivered, but this time without sound system. I'll wait 1 - 2 weeks more and tell em where my money at ? ;-)

Quoting myself: As mentioned I did it again and got my refund today. Easy Peasy. Did FTID, item showed as delivered - took my sweet time and chatted them up. Rep saw its delivered and advised I'd wait a few more days allowing them time to process returns and if I dont get my refund i should contact them again. Contacted again, and got my refund issued no questions asked.
Interesting.  It seems the FTID is always working for you.  I should give it a try once and see how it pans out.

Personally I would never attempt anything above 5k for any reason.  Most I've done is 2k I believe.

Im not sure about the technicality here but my advise would be patience - when I use FTID on higher values I wait at least 3 weeks to get back to them. I feel like the longer time passes the more it will discourage the investigators of any hope of finding out what happened or where the package is.

I assume you are from Canada, you wont attempt anything over 5K for the Fraud over 5 Charge in case shit hits the fan ? Tongue

Did you change anything on the label, or you just used one label to return both the TV and the sound system?

Two different labels.

That and there's never been a scenario where I've had or wanted to spend $5k or more, except buying cars, furniture, paying for school, etc...
