I'm not shy about giving PRs when they ask. Am I wrong in my feeling it's a tactic to scare off bad actors?

I've also "bypassed" a requested PR. An area I lived in didn't do reports for items never in your possession. Had to tell that to a few reps but it was eventually processed.
Nice work.

Where does your claim currently stand?

They're contacting the courier and launching an investigation. I'll be contacted in the next 48 with an update.

It's standard procedure under the circumstances.

Please reply when you receive their response.

PR requested. I contacted them and was told a copy of the report can be available in 5-7 business days and must be made in person.

This just got annoying. I'm going to attempt to bypass.

Is It that you're unable to file the report In person?

I can file in person no problem just the week long delay to get the ball rolling is what blows.

It seems like I successfully bypassed the PR. I got an email update saying my claim was created and under review and I'll get a determination in 7-10 days, so I'm now waiting on that.

@mothered

They contacted the carrier and they confirmed it was delivered, which means nothing and they denied the claim.

I claimed through PayPal. We'll see how that goes.

As per below, the driver failed to do his job and obtain a signature, which ultimately puts the responsibility on him.
Quote:Signature was REQUIRED but was left on the porch.

Request your claim be escalated on the above grounds.

Be sure to Inform PayPal of their neglect to obtain a signature, hence non-receipt of goods.

Edited for unknown reasons.

Say you got it and send it back with FTID.

No point, they handed me a much easier method to work.

@mothered This is exactly what I did. I requested escalation while also claiming via PP and mentioned their neglect. I'm confident this will go in my favor.
