They're aware that the GC Is working but as said, the objective Is to remain adamant that It's not functioning on your end.

Unless the person you're dealing with Is half-asleep on the job, do note that It's not an easy task. It takes a lot of perseverance to convince them of the Invalid code.

Amazon OP said to me that i have to send a ticket to the game developers and they will check the code if it's valid or not and give a new code or if they can't help, send the practical code to the OP and give a refund

Then they (Amazon) should be handling your claim, and not telling you to contact the game developers - It was not purchased through them.

Tell Amazon to open a claim.

i talked to the op again and said what you told me, he sended me to a girl op and tried to use the trick of my son etc. but didn't work then i sended her a screenshot with the ticket edited with inspect and told me to wait a day so she can contact some special op and solve this problem, probably they will contact the game devs and check Confused

It's good that Amazon have woken up to themselves and Is now handling your claim.

They'll certainly check the validity of the code and It will obviously verify.

Expect a somewhat lengthy process of communicating back and forth, but as already discussed, be sure to remain adamant that It's not working on your end. Everything they ask of you, reply with a negative result.
