I decided to DNA it instead since I wasn't very confident in my photoshopping skills, I received a document which I believe is an affidavit, I signed it and sent it back so that they could start an investigation with the delivery company.

Um so guys the delivery driver came to my home today, I didn't answer the door and he left. Do you think he'll be back again later?

If his behaviour remains unchanged, you can report him to the police for harassment, He has no right to set foot on your private property demanding a response.

Does that mean that he isn't following company protocol, but is taking it personal and doing this in his free time because he is frustrated why I told them I received nothing?
I've read about drivers demanding SEers to fill in documents in which are written that they in fact did receive the parcel, does this actually happen and is this the case here?

I dropped this SE because turns out that my roommate who took the package personally knew the delivery driver.
The SE was close to success though if I went through with it.
