I can't find the exact products on Amazon but a similar thing weighs 9.59 Ounces and the other thing weighs roughly 10.4 Ounces, maybe a bit more like 12 or 13.

What you've listed above, Is too heavy for the partial/missing Item method, so you have the option to DNA It. But do find out how the package will be received by the person handling the delivery - with or without a signature.

What would be a weight that would be good for empty box or partial?
Also, the person handling deliveries just accepts them from the mailman and brings them inside, no signatures needed.

Alright I will give a small update, the package with two items has arrived a couple of days ago and I just had a chat with the company. It was a long chat and the operative asked a lot of questions. Like confirm that you asked the neighbours and confirm you called the post office, I told her I didn't and she then asked me to call them to confirm. Finally I had to declare the following: And now for this, can you declare that you haven't taken receipt of this parcel, nor has anyone else on your behalf and should it be located at a later time, you'll return it? Which I guessed not to be anything legally binding. So I went ahead and declared it. Anyways the refund will be processed in the upcoming days so I will await that. In the mean time I also wait for the other package to arrive.

Alright the package of Dillard has arrived. I will wait a couple of days before contacting them. The DNA method will be used. Will keep you guys updated about the result. Anyone any tips or experiences with Dillards?
PS: there have been some packages gone 'missing' these past days in and around the complex I live, I have read on the Facebook page, so I am not really sure how that affects my SE.
