May I ask why you used the EB/missing Item method on a product of 7 pounds?

Evidently, It will register a weight on consignment and If It's cross-checked against the carrier's manifest, there will not be a variance In weight, hence the Item could not have been missing. When PayPal liaises with the company, their findings of the Investigation will be forwarded to them - which will have a significant Impact on your claim.

Fingers crossed both PayPal and the seller are half-asleep and totally Ignore the nature of the claim.

package was signed for so saying i never got it would be quite difficult
I was thinking of claiming i got the wrong item but i heard that paypal might ask you for a document from a specialist saying that its not as described.
empty box seems straightforward so i went that route.

Paypal banned me for to many cases opened,but the dispute is still open and the seller is not responding. I predict checkmate, not not in my favor. It sucks taking an L but its not a huge deal.

Yeah i lost that case due to limited account. I reached out to the company and they want me to fill out a Affidavit. It seems like a waste tho since they can just tell me to fuck off after losing the case.

Bro, surely that's a win. At least by signing you would get your money back?! Not the best you lost your PayPal account though, but I know <snip> has some pretty in-depth PayPal guides, to ensure you don't get any cross contamination when opening a new one, to start using for legit purchases or for r3funds
